Job Overview:
The ART Acceleration Program Coordinator will play a vital role in providing technical coordination and oversight for the EpiC project in Indonesia. The coordinator will engage with various stakeholders at national, provincial, and district levels, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all EpiC technical and programmatic staff. The role requires a deep understanding of the HIV epidemic in Indonesia and the ability to advocate for local funding contributions to sustain HIV programs. The coordinator will also be responsible for developing and implementing capacity strengthening initiatives for program partners, ensuring that the ART acceleration strategy aligns with the goals of the Jakarta Fast Track initiative and the Ministry of Health's objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the ART Acceleration Program Coordinator include coordinating EpiC's direct service and technical assistance strategies across all five approaches, with a focus on Jakarta and the national program. The coordinator will cultivate strong relationships with Provincial Health Offices (PHO) and District Health Offices (DHO) to develop agreements that support the ART acceleration strategy. They will assist in the development and implementation of the Jakarta and Greater Jakarta CoPCT (Continuum of Prevention to Care and Treatment) strategy. The coordinator will also implement capacity strengthening initiatives for program partners, coordinate the development of ART acceleration training tools, and advocate for local resources to finance HIV programs. Additionally, the coordinator will work closely with the HIV Supply Chain unit to ensure the availability of HIV commodities and monitor overall progress against program deliverables. Regular reporting to the EpiC Technical Project Director and Associate Project Director is also a key responsibility, along with staying updated on U.S. Department of State programming.

Required Qualifications:
The position requires a post-graduate degree in management, public health, or social sciences, along with at least ten years of experience working with NGOs or funding organizations in program implementation and management. Candidates should have a minimum of five years of demonstrated technical expertise in key population groups, particularly in HIV programmatic experience with populations such as female sex workers (FSW), people who inject drugs (PWID), men who have sex with men (MSM), and transgender individuals. Proven experience in program management, capacity building, and reporting within the Indonesian context is essential. Familiarity with U.S. government rules and regulations and experience in an international NGO environment are desirable.

Educational Background:
Candidates must possess a post-graduate degree in management, public health, or social sciences. This educational background is crucial for understanding the complexities of public health initiatives and managing programs effectively within the context of HIV response in Indonesia.

Experience:
The role requires at least ten years of relevant experience, particularly in program implementation and management within NGOs or funding organizations. Candidates should have substantial experience working with key population groups affected by HIV, demonstrating a strong understanding of the challenges and needs of these populations. A minimum of five years of experience specifically related to HIV programmatic work is required, showcasing the candidate's ability to manage and lead initiatives effectively.

Languages:
