Job Overview:
The Associate Senior Product Owner for Endpoint Management Systems plays a crucial role in managing Windows Endpoints by implementing robust systems that enhance service quality and user experience. This position operates with limited supervision and is responsible for executing initiatives that engineer endpoint management systems and related processes. The role requires a strong focus on supporting and promoting service quality and consistency across endpoint environments. The Associate Senior Product Owner serves as a technical authority, overseeing the endpoint management landscape and implementing new features as necessary. Additionally, the role involves facilitating knowledge sharing within the team to develop capabilities and sustain operational excellence. The position is integral to the Digital Solutions team, which delivers modern productivity and collaboration solutions to over 30,000 users, supporting tools like Microsoft 365, WebEx, and AI technologies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Associate Senior Product Owner include overseeing and engineering Windows endpoint management solutions to ensure reliable access to workplace technologies and systems. This involves resolving complex issues and providing expert technical guidance. The role also focuses on driving service improvements by identifying systemic issues and implementing sustainable solutions, promoting efficiency, automation, and service quality improvements. The Associate Senior Product Owner defines and oversees the execution of the product's goals, vision, and roadmap, prioritizes complex product backlogs to align with business objectives, and manages comprehensive documentation of product features and user stories. Participation in sprint planning and reviews is essential to ensure timely product delivery. Collaboration with IT and business stakeholders is key to achieving service delivery objectives, influencing decisions, and aligning service outcomes with organizational priorities. Additionally, the role includes strengthening team capability through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing, acting as a technical resource and role model for best practices.

Required Qualifications:
The required qualifications for this position include a Master's degree with 8 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Desired certifications include Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102), ITIL 4 Foundation, and SAFe POPM. The candidate should possess advanced technical skills, including knowledge of ITIL, network and system architecture, configuration management, IT consulting, change management, continuous improvement, and log analytics using Splunk. Strong knowledge of Azure cloud offerings and virtualization is also essential.

Educational Background:
Candidates must have a Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with the latter requiring a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. The educational background should be complemented by certifications that demonstrate expertise in Azure and Microsoft 365, as well as ITIL and SAFe methodologies.

Experience:
The position requires significant experience, specifically 8 years for candidates with a Master's degree or 10 years for those with a Bachelor's degree. This experience should be relevant to endpoint management systems, IT service delivery, and technical leadership roles. The candidate should have a proven track record of managing complex IT projects and driving service improvements in a collaborative environment.
