Job Overview: The Youth Officer position is a critical role within the NRC Jordan Youth Programme, which aims to empower youth, particularly Syrian and Jordanian individuals, to become active and engaged members of their communities. The officer will be responsible for the daily supervision, planning, and implementation of youth program activities at the field level. This includes managing Incentive Based Volunteers (IBVs) and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure the program meets its objectives. Specific responsibilities will include planning and implementing youth program activities in camps, maintaining close supervision and performance management of IBVs, identifying and addressing gaps in program implementation, representing the NRC Youth Programme at community gatherings, preparing reports on site activities, and liaising with site operations on stock management.
