Job Overview: In this role, you will work under the supervision of the Administrative and Financial Director, overseeing the accounting activities of the organization to ensure the reliability of data, security of cash flows, and efficiency of financial processes. Your responsibilities will include managing a small accounting team, leading accounting and tax activities, and ensuring effective cash management. You will also supervise and structure the production of mission accounting, contribute to the harmonization and optimization of internal financial processes and tools, and support department heads in their daily operations. Additionally, you will participate in OHADA projects, assist with the finalization of closures with accountants and auditors, and engage in the implementation of Odoo as part of the SYSTER project. You will also be involved in organizing the International Accounting Department and addressing international accounting issues, as well as working on atypical contracts.

Demonstrated management skills and experience in team support are essential. Proficiency in accounting software (such as Agresso or Saga) and banking software (like Turbo or Exabanque) is required. A curious and open-minded attitude is also important, as is the ability to work in an international environment.
Educational Background: A degree in accounting or a related field is required for this position. Candidates should have a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as experience with accounting software and financial management tools.
Experience: The position requires a mix of experience in both the social economy and private sectors, particularly in the implementation of accounting tools. The salary ranges from €47,000 to €57,000 gross annually, depending on experience. Employees are entitled to 25 days of paid leave and 21 RTT days. Health coverage and other benefits include 80% coverage by ACF, salary maintenance during illness, maternity, and paternity leave, as well as transportation allowances covering 50% of the commuting costs. Employees also receive meal vouchers with 60% coverage by the organization. Remote work is permitted from metropolitan territory, with no mandatory in-person attendance except for collective meetings and events, which are limited to three days per month. New hires are required to attend two in-person days for team integration. Additionally, employees have unlimited access to the Talentsoft e-learning platform for training purposes.
