Job Overview: The Evidence and Insights Implementation Lead will play a crucial role in transforming evidence into actionable strategies that enhance the capabilities of practitioners and improve outcomes for children and families. The implementation lead will be responsible for leading the implementation of shared evaluation approaches, reporting frameworks, and organizational learning practices. This includes strengthening the understanding and application of evidence across all programs, building evaluation capability, and supporting teams in using outcomes frameworks and participatory evaluation methods. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Evidence and Insights Implementation Lead include:
Leading the implementation of shared evaluation approaches and reporting frameworks across the organization.
Strengthening the understanding and application of evidence in all programs.
Building evaluation capability and data literacy among staff.
Supporting teams in the use of outcomes frameworks, indicators, and participatory evaluation methods.
Assisting practitioners in interpreting evidence and applying it in real-world contexts.
Collaborating with program teams to embed evidence-informed practices.
Contributing to improved outcomes for children, young people, and families through enhanced evidence use.

Required Qualifications: The position requires the following qualifications:
Strong capability in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), including familiarity with outcomes frameworks, indicators, and program logic.
Experience in building capability in others, particularly in supporting practitioners and leaders to use evidence effectively.
Ability to translate complex data and insights into clear, practical guidance for various audiences.
Experience in implementing shared frameworks or organizational approaches across multiple programs or teams.
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence practice across functions.
Familiarity with participatory and qualitative methods, human-centered design, and change enablement.
Knowledge of child, youth, and family service systems is highly regarded.
Educational Background: Candidates for this position should possess a relevant degree in social sciences, education, public health, or a related field.
