Duties and Responsibilities:
The Finance Manager will be tasked with establishing and maintaining country standard financial systems, ensuring adherence to the Financial Handbook, donor requirements, and relevant legislation. Key responsibilities include budget control and cash flow monitoring, providing financial advice and support to budget holders, and managing financial reporting and analysis. The role also involves line management and training of staff with financial responsibilities, implementing anti-corruption policies, and ensuring compliance with NRC's financial standards. The Finance Manager will play a vital role in supporting the organization's mission by ensuring that financial resources are utilized effectively and efficiently to meet the needs of displaced populations in Moldova.

Required Qualifications:
