Additionally, the volunteer will develop the in-memory donation platform. Assist with inbound marketing strategies, including content design and KPI tracking. Coordinate promotional activities (webinars, events, etc.) and contribute new ideas for engagement and persuasion with the target audience.
Partnerships with stakeholders: Contribute to the search for new partnerships to develop the channel and coordinate activities with current partners (UCNC, Clubs, Insurers, etc.). Any other activities required or assigned by the supervisor. Additionally, UN Volunteers are encouraged to integrate into the UNV program's mandate during their assignment and promote voluntary action through community engagement in their work. This includes dedicating part of their work time to recommended activities such as strengthening knowledge about volunteering, participating in UNV events, and contributing articles about their field experiences.

They should demonstrate self-awareness and ethical consciousness, striving for tangible results and maintaining supportive relationships in a professional setting. The ability to innovate and embrace change is essential, as is the capacity to navigate ambiguity and complexity. Candidates should also have a genuine commitment to the principles of volunteering, including solidarity, compassion, reciprocity, and autonomy, as well as a commitment to UNICEF's mission and vision.

Candidates should have a solid understanding of fundraising strategies and marketing principles, particularly in the context of non-profit organizations. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar marketing cloud platforms is advantageous.
Experience: Candidates should have prior experience in fundraising, marketing, or community engagement, preferably within a non-profit or humanitarian context. Experience working with older adults or in legacy giving is a plus. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently while also being part of a team.
Languages: Fluency in Spanish is mandatory, as the position is based in Colombia. Proficiency in English is desirable, as it may facilitate communication with international stakeholders and enhance the volunteer's ability to engage with diverse audiences.

However, renewal of the assignment is not guaranteed. The monthly living allowance provided is COP $6,082,394, intended to cover housing, services, and ordinary living expenses.
