Job Overview:
The Senior Business Systems Analyst will be a key member of the Enterprise Business Applications team, specifically focusing on Human Resources and Payroll Applications within the IT department. The primary mission of this team is to leverage digital platforms to enhance the foundation's core operations, accelerate goal achievement, and amplify the foundation's global impact. This role will involve collaborating with business partners to build, implement, support, and optimize HR and Payroll processes and systems, particularly in modules such as core HCM, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, US and Global Payroll, and Workforce Planning. The analyst will utilize their technical expertise and business acumen to streamline processes that support HR and Payroll functions, particularly in Workday and other related applications. Responsibilities will include leading projects for new features, enhancing existing processes, routine maintenance, and providing end-user support, ensuring that business requirements are translated into effective application solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Senior Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for understanding customer needs and advising on continuous improvement initiatives. They will lead engagements with business partners to analyze changing business requirements and communicate the implications of proposed changes on systems. They will contribute to product knowledge bases and lead end-to-end project management for assigned projects, collaborating with project managers on larger initiatives. Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree and have at least 15 years of relevant experience. Technical certifications related to the specific technology specialization are preferred. Expertise in Workday configuration and support, along with implementation experience, is highly desirable. Candidates should have a strong understanding of HR and Payroll business processes and a proven track record in business requirements elicitation, translation to functional and non-functional requirements, options analysis, solutions design, story writing, test planning, change management, and operational support. Experience with implementing non-ERP solutions, including bolt-on applications and system integrations, is also required. Familiarity with Agile delivery, software development lifecycle, and project management processes is essential.

Educational Background:
A Bachelor’s Degree is required for this position, with a strong preference for candidates who have pursued further education or certifications relevant to business systems analysis, HR, or IT management.
