Job Overview:
In the role of Senior Treasury Manager, the primary focus will be on enhancing the foundation's treasury operations. This includes overseeing systems integration, cash positioning and forecasting, internal controls, and fostering collaboration across various functions. The Senior Treasury Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial efficiency and effectiveness of the foundation by managing treasury systems, banking operations, and strategic initiatives. This position also involves providing training and support to regional offices and subsidiaries, ensuring that they align with global treasury policies and practices. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive operational improvements and achieve impactful results. Duties and Responsibilities:
The Senior Treasury Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily treasury operations, which include cash management, short-term investments, and payment processing. This role involves managing cash positioning and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with the organization's needs. The manager will supervise bank account management, which includes opening and closing accounts, maintaining KYC documentation, managing user access, and ensuring data integrity. Compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements for treasury functions is also a critical responsibility. Additionally, the manager will work on maturing treasury management systems, such as Kyriba, to enhance workflow efficiency and data reporting. The role will leverage AI and emerging technologies to optimize cash forecasting and reduce manual tasks. Training and support for regional offices and subsidiaries on treasury systems, policies, and processes will be provided, ensuring effective communication across diverse cultural and operational contexts. The Senior Treasury Manager will also collaborate with various teams to drive strategic improvements in treasury activities and act as a subject matter expert in treasury processes, offering insights and recommendations for operational and financial enhancements. Stakeholder engagement is key, as the manager will work closely with internal teams to address treasury-related needs and resolve issues, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with an advanced degree or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification preferred. A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in cash forecasting, bank relationship management, and regulatory compliance in a treasury or finance-related role is required. Technical expertise in treasury management systems, such as Kyriba or similar platforms, is essential, along with experience in managing stock donations and understanding investment-related activities. Knowledge of key banking processes, including KYC and regulatory compliance, is necessary. Candidates should have expertise in cash positioning, forecasting, payment strategies, and internal controls, as well as familiarity with AI and automation tools to optimize treasury workflows.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) is preferred, indicating a higher level of expertise and commitment to the field of treasury management.

Experience:
The position requires at least 7 years of relevant experience in treasury or finance-related roles, specifically in cash forecasting, bank relationship management, and regulatory compliance.
