Job Overview:
The Senior Officer LTE position is part of the Exemplars in Global Health (EGH) program, which aims to provide decision-makers with the insights necessary to accelerate and scale interventions that enhance the health and wellbeing of the world's most vulnerable populations. The EGH program collaborates with a global network of partners to analyze outliers and best practices across various health-related topics, including health outcomes and primary healthcare systems. The role involves leading the development and execution of partnership strategies with the Global Fund, updating engagement approaches, identifying EGH's comparative advantages, and proposing new research initiatives. The position requires collaboration with various teams within the Foundation to share insights and support the integration of EGH learnings into Global Fund decisions. This is a limited-term position for 9 months, located in Seattle, and reports to the director" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Deputy Director.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Senior Officer LTE will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the EGH partnership strategy specifically for the Global Fund. This includes updating the catalogue of approaches and lessons learned from past and current engagements with the Global Fund, identifying EGH's strengths and limitations in providing evidence-based support, and proposing new research initiatives that align with the Global Fund's objectives. The officer will engage with internal teams to share information on EGH's learnings and develop a strategy for effective engagement with the Global Fund. Additionally, the role involves supporting EGH topic teams in executing impact opportunities and identifying new collaboration areas for further research and analysis.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess 8-10+ years of experience in global health policy, advocacy, or development-focused consulting, preferably at a leading organization. A Master's degree or other advanced degree is preferred. Demonstrable expertise in creating and managing partnerships with the Global Fund is essential. Candidates should have proven analytical capabilities, including the ability to translate technical findings into decision-making materials for large multilateral institutions or governments. Strong project management skills, effective communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the Foundation's work and the global context surrounding its initiatives are also required. Candidates must have unrestricted work authorization in the country where the position is located, as the Foundation does not provide immigration-related sponsorship.

Educational Background:
A Master's degree or other advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred for this position. Candidates should have a strong educational background that supports their expertise in global health policy, advocacy, or development.
