Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
The consultant will be responsible for the following duties:

• Design and deliver a 2-day in-person training workshop (approximately 12 training hours) for the Board of Investments (BOI) Philippines, focusing on investment readiness.
• Collaborate with the Economic Affairs Officer to define the workshop's location, thematic focus, and delivery format.
• Ensure that the training content is practical, applied, and equips participants with the necessary tools and approaches to translate project concepts into credible, investor-ready opportunities.
• Develop a detailed workshop agenda and training program, with deliverables including final presentation slides used during the workshop.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to participants during the workshop to enhance their learning experience and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
The position requires the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in investment promotion or attraction, economic development, or related fields.
• Proven experience in packaging investible opportunities on at least two projects within the ASEAN region.
• A history of working with the United Nations is preferred, along with an indication of the expected daily rate for services.
• A demonstrated track record of facilitating high-level workshops with investment promotion agencies.
• At least 5 years of experience advising Investment Promotion Agencies, showcasing expertise in the field.

Educational Background:
