Duties and Responsibilities: The consultant will be responsible for the following duties:
Design and deliver a 2-day in-person training workshop (approximately 12 training hours) for the Board of Investments (BOI) Philippines, focusing on investment readiness.
Collaborate with the Economic Affairs Officer to define the workshop's location, thematic focus, and delivery format.
Ensure that the training content is practical, applied, and equips participants with the necessary tools and approaches to translate project concepts into credible, investor-ready opportunities.
Develop a detailed workshop agenda and training program, with deliverables including final presentation slides used during the workshop.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to participants during the workshop to enhance their learning experience and outcomes.
Required Qualifications: The position requires the following qualifications:
A minimum of 15 years of experience in investment promotion or attraction, economic development, or related fields.
Proven experience in packaging investible opportunities on at least two projects within the ASEAN region.
A history of working with the United Nations is preferred, along with an indication of the expected daily rate for services.
A demonstrated track record of facilitating high-level workshops with investment promotion agencies.
At least 5 years of experience advising Investment Promotion Agencies, showcasing expertise in the field.
