Job Overview:
The Associate Microsoft 365 Platform Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the governance, operation, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services within the IAEA. This position focuses on either mobile device and endpoint management using Microsoft Intune or automation and AI-driven business solutions utilizing the Power Platform. The analyst will work under the guidance of senior specialists to enhance productivity, security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security, and collaboration across the organization by effectively utilizing Microsoft 365 technologies. The role requires a proactive approach to assist users, resolve issues, and contribute to the development of solutions that align with the organization's operational standards and governance policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Associate Microsoft 365 Platform Analyst is responsible for a variety of functions, including but not limited to: supporting the implementation and operation of Microsoft 365 workloads, focusing on mobile device management with Microsoft Intune and automation solutions with the Power Platform; assisting in the application of governance policies for Microsoft 365 services; performing operational tasks and escalating complex issues to senior staff; providing user support and contributing to training and onboarding activities; participating in testing and quality assurance of new features; identifying opportunities for process improvement; maintaining accurate documentation; and contributing to knowledge sharing within the organization.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or a related field such as information management, electronic engineering, or computer science. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Microsoft 365 administration or support is required. Experience in areas such as Microsoft Intune for mobile device management, Power Platform, and Microsoft Graph for automation is essential. Internationally recognized technical certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, are desirable. Additionally, a project management certification like PMP or Prince2 is also preferred.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Software Engineering, Information Management, Electronic Engineering, or Computer Science. This foundational education is critical for understanding the technical aspects of Microsoft 365 services and their application within the organization.

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Microsoft 365 administration or support. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager for mobile device management, as well as familiarity with the Power Platform for automation and AI integration. Experience in managing IT projects using recognized methodologies such as PMP or Prince2 is also beneficial.

Languages:
Fluency in English, both oral and written, is mandatory for this position. Knowledge of other official IAEA languages, including Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, and Spanish, is considered an asset and may enhance a candidate's application.

Additional Notes:
The IAEA offers an attractive remuneration package, including a tax-free annual net base salary starting at US $56,046, subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance. Additional benefits include a variable post adjustment, dependency benefits, rental subsidy, education grant, relocation and repatriation expenses, and 6 weeks of annual leave.
