Job Overview:
The position of Analista Técnico(a) de Desenvolvimento em Projetos de Tecnologia da Informação involves overseeing the processes of requirement gathering, prototyping, development, and approval of systems developed under the Justiça 4.0 program. This program is one of the largest digital transformation initiatives in the judiciary worldwide, initiated in 2020 through a cooperation agreement between the National Justice Council (CNJ) and UNDP. The role requires close collaboration with focal points at CNJ and UNDP, focusing on planning, administration, and monitoring of projects, ensuring that the services offered by the Brazilian justice system are efficient, effective, and accessible to the population. The position also aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals and the UN's 2030 Agenda, emphasizing the importance of technology in enhancing judicial services.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Analista Técnico(a) include:
  • Planning, monitoring, and executing projects by supporting the General Analyst in defining schedules and strategies for project execution;
  • Strengthening project management and governance by proactively managing schedules, risks, dependencies, and deliverables;
  • Providing technical advice and support for project implementation and institutional partner demands;
  • Ensuring technical quality of deliverables in coordination with PNUD and CNJ;
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration among technical areas and institutional partners;
  • Supporting knowledge management and documentation processes;
  • Contributing to initiatives related to security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">information security and risk management in IT projects.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a strong understanding of project management principles, particularly in the context of technology and innovation. Additionally, candidates should have a solid grasp of the operational frameworks of UNDP and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Educational Background:
A Master's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, or related fields is required. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in the same fields combined with two additional years of relevant experience will be considered. Candidates with a Master's degree do not require prior professional experience, while those with a Bachelor's degree must have at least two years of experience in project management, systems development, or related areas.

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience for candidates with a Bachelor's degree. Those with a Master's degree are not required to have prior experience. Relevant experience includes project management in technology and innovation, cybersecurity, or access to justice, as well as governance of projects and strategic communication with stakeholders.

Languages:
Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory, while a basic level of English is desirable. Proficiency in additional languages may be considered an asset, enhancing communication with diverse stakeholders.
