This experience should be directly related to providing technical assistance to governmental or non-governmental entities, formulating public policies, or managing projects focused on elderly care. Additional experience in related fields will be considered beneficial and may enhance the candidate's profile.

Languages:
Proficiency in Spanish is mandatory, as the position will involve extensive communication with local stakeholders and government entities. Knowledge of English or other languages may be considered an advantage, particularly for engaging with international partners or accessing global resources.
