Job Overview:
The Information Management Specialist (IM Specialist) will play a crucial role in leading data management for the P2P consortium, which is implemented by DRC in collaboration with the Danish Red Cross and IDC across 10 countries. This position is vital for overseeing beneficiary databases, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) teams with reporting. The IM Specialist will also be responsible for developing tools for data collection and analysis, mentoring field and partner teams on data quality and protection standards, and producing dashboards, reports, and trend analyses to facilitate internal and external information sharing. Duties and Responsibilities:
The IM Specialist will lead the design, roll-out, and implementation of Information Management (IM) and knowledge management systems for various activities conducted by the consortium. This includes coordinating with technical coordinators to manage trackers and databases for all activities, acting as the main technical focal point for the beneficiary information management system, and providing day-to-day technical support to field and partner teams. The specialist will also assist in developing data collection tools for both quantitative and qualitative research, generate reports and trend analyses, support MEAL and program teams with beneficiary lists, and ensure that all activity trackers and databases are up to date. Additionally, the IM Specialist will maintain a monthly cumulative dashboard to track beneficiaries reached under different interventions and ensure timely and accurate donor reporting.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant working experience in Information Management within the humanitarian field. They should demonstrate experience in developing and managing beneficiary information management systems and relational databases, with a particular advantage for those familiar with ActivityInfo. Proficiency in developing automated PowerBI dashboards, as well as high-level skills in Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel, is essential. Experience in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, familiarity with KoBo toolbox, and knowledge of advanced statistical analysis software such as SPSS, R, or Stata are also advantageous. Candidates should have the capacity to produce high-quality graphic-oriented reports and analyses, and experience in working in complex and volatile contexts is preferred.

Educational Background:
A relevant educational background is required, typically a degree in Information Management, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of data management principles and practices, as well as familiarity with humanitarian operations and the specific challenges faced in this sector.

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Information Management, particularly within the humanitarian context. Candidates should have a proven track record of managing data systems and providing technical support in complex environments, as well as experience in training both technical and non-technical staff on data management practices.

Languages:
Fluency in English, French, and Arabic (both written and verbal) is mandatory for this position. Proficiency in these languages is essential for effective communication with diverse stakeholders and for the successful implementation of the IM systems across different countries.

The contract length for this position is 12 months, with a designated duty station in Tunis. The start date is set for 01 May 202
