The organization offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage without premiums, generous paid time off, paid family leave, retirement contributions, and various employee community engagement opportunities. The Foundation is committed to fostering a workplace environment that promotes both personal and professional growth for its employees.

Job Overview:
In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, translating business strategies into actionable people and organizational strategies for your assigned divisional portfolio. You will be responsible for developing and implementing human capital solutions that align with the Foundation's priorities, ensuring that organizational capabilities are enhanced to support the overall mission. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including the Director of HR Business Partners, to provide comprehensive HR support across the broader portfolio of clients. You will play a crucial role in shaping the employee experience and driving initiatives that promote a high-integrity culture within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As the HR leader, you will function as a relationship manager for a designated group of clients, which may include executive leadership team members and program leaders. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic counsel, supporting organizational capability building, and aiding senior management in developing solutions for team effectiveness, organizational design, and performance management. You will facilitate core HR processes, influence talent assessment and performance management, and actively participate in business discussions to align human capital strategies with organizational goals. Establishing effective relationships with key stakeholders and partnering with Centers of Excellence (COE) leaders to innovate processes and programs will also be essential to your role. Additionally, you will support an inclusive culture by modeling appropriate behaviors and escalating issues as necessary.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Business. A deep understanding of collaboration and relationship-building across teams is essential, along with the ability to embody a 'One HR' and 'One Foundation' approach. Strong leadership skills, business acumen, and consulting capabilities are critical, as is a proven track record of driving transformation and fostering a high-integrity culture. Experience interfacing effectively with all levels of management in a highly matrixed nonprofit or global organization is also required.

Educational Background:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field is required. Equivalent demonstrated experience may also be considered in lieu of a formal degree.

Experience:
Candidates should have substantial experience in human resources, particularly in roles that require collaboration across various teams and levels of management. Experience in a nonprofit or global organization is highly desirable, as is a demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and build a sustainable HR agenda that aligns with business performance.

Languages:
While the job description does not specify mandatory languages, proficiency in English is likely essential given the location and nature of the organization. Additional language skills may be beneficial but are not explicitly required.

Additional Notes:
This is a limited-term position for 12 months, and relocation assistance will not be provided. The salary range for this role is between $143,000 and $214,400 USD, with specific adjustments for high-wage markets like Washington D.C. New hires typically start within the range minimum and midpoint, depending on their skills and experience. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, and the organization is committed to providing an inclusive hiring experience, offering accommodations for candidates with disabilities.
