The intern will work closely with ADB staff to draft a comprehensive paper that discusses human capital development and inclusiveness based on the findings from the panel data analysis. Duties and Responsibilities:
The intern will be responsible for conducting econometric analyses of the 'Life in Kyrgyzstan' panel data, which involves a detailed examination of household income sources, particularly remittances. The intern will analyze social profiles, entrepreneurship, human capital, and skills development among the Kyrgyz population. Additionally, the intern will assess the impacts of remittances on household profiles and employment status. The role includes drafting a research paper in collaboration with ADB staff, which will require synthesizing data findings into coherent arguments and conclusions. The intern is expected to engage in discussions regarding the implications of the research and contribute to the development of policy recommendations based on the analysis.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess excellent econometric and statistical skills, with a strong proficiency in analyzing panel data. The ability to carry out the economics working paper series is essential. Furthermore, candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills in English, enabling them to effectively present their findings and collaborate with ADB staff. A background in economics, social sciences, or a related field is preferred, along with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Educational Background:
The ideal candidate should be currently enrolled in a master's degree or Ph.D. program in economics, social sciences, or a related field. Experience:
