Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Analyst's responsibilities include supporting the implementation of Sustainable Health Financing (SHF) and Digital Health initiatives, assisting in the planning and coordination of project activities, conducting data collection and analysis to inform design" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">program design and health financing reforms, preparing high-quality reports and presentations for stakeholders, maintaining program monitoring tools and databases, facilitating communication between CHAI teams and government departments, coordinating logistics for meetings and trainings, contributing to budget tracking and progress reporting, and supporting tendering processes at both provincial and national levels. The Analyst will also be expected to perform any other responsibilities as requested by their manager, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to the organization's mission.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in finance, public management, economics, or a related field. A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience is required, along with strong problem-solving skills, analytical capability, and quantitative skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and work independently is essential. Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary, as well as a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
