Job Overview:
The UNV ICTS Data Team is currently seeking an Online Volunteer to assist in the automation of financial data analysis utilizing artificial intelligence techniques, among other methodologies. The primary objective of this project is to enhance the efficiency of processing and analyzing financial data, which will lead to quicker and more precise insights for decision-making processes. By employing data science techniques, the project aims to streamline the financial reporting reconciliation process, ensuring that financial data validation is both accurate and efficient. The Online Volunteer will play a vital role in this initiative, collaborating closely with the UNV ICTS Data Team to achieve these goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Online Volunteer will be tasked with collaborating with the UNV ICTS Data Team to implement an existing Python-based script system designed to automate the cleansing of financial data and the mapping of financial transactions to volunteer assignments. The responsibilities include: - Working on the integration of various technologies to create a prototype that automates financial data processes. - Developing a backend process that links financial transactions with volunteer assignments, ensuring that the system is efficient and user-friendly. - Testing and refining the prototype to ensure it meets the required standards for accuracy and efficiency. - Providing feedback and suggestions for improvements based on the testing outcomes. - Documenting the process and outcomes to facilitate future enhancements and training for other team members.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a strong understanding of Python programming, particularly in the context of data analysis and automation. Familiarity with artificial intelligence techniques and their application in financial data processing is highly desirable. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively collaborating with team members and presenting findings.

Educational Background:
