Job Overview:
The Driver position within the UNHCR Office is crucial for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of authorized personnel and the maintenance of UNHCR vehicles. Duties and Responsibilities:
The Driver's duties include: driving UNHCR vehicles for transporting authorized passengers, delivering and collecting documents, and facilitating immigration and customs formalities for official personnel. The Driver is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of assigned vehicles, which includes checking oil, water, battery, brakes, and tires, ensuring that vehicles meet established security standards. The Driver must perform minor repairs, arrange for major repairs when necessary, and keep the vehicle clean. In case of an accident, the Driver must follow the required procedures and ensure that all documentation for passengers and cargo is valid. Additionally, the Driver is expected to log official trips, daily mileage, gas consumption, and maintenance activities, while strictly adhering to security guidance provided by supervisors. The role also involves supporting risk management and decision-making processes related to transportation and vehicle operations.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a valid driving license and have knowledge of driving rules and regulations. Essential qualifications include basic vehicle mechanical skills and the ability to perform minor repairs.
