Job Overview: The Communications Specialist position is situated within the Infrastructure and Dissemination Division (DCID) of the Department of Communications and Knowledge Management (DOCK) at ADB. The role is pivotal in leading the conceptualization and implementation of marketing strategies that effectively communicate ADB's work, knowledge products, and services to both internal and external audiences. The specialist will oversee junior team members and will be responsible for establishing systems and adopting industry best practices to enhance ADB's brand visibility.
