Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive training materials on Results-Based Management (RBM) and project cycle management tailored to the needs of the participants.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate participants on RBM principles, methodologies, and tools.
Facilitate discussions and interactive sessions to encourage participant engagement and knowledge sharing.
Assess the training needs of participants and adapt training content accordingly.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to participants during the training period.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the training sessions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Prepare and submit reports on training outcomes and participant feedback to UNDP.

Required Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Educational Background: A master's degree in a relevant field such as international development, public administration, project management, or a related discipline is required. Additional certifications in project management or training facilitation are highly desirable.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management, training, or capacity building in the context of international development. Experience working with UN agencies or similar organizations is preferred. Demonstrated experience in RBM and project cycle management is essential.
Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages, particularly Spanish or French, is considered an asset and may enhance the consultant's ability to engage with a broader audience.
