Job Overview:
In collaboration with the Digital Fundraising Officer, we are seeking an intern capable of supporting the marketing" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">digital marketing team through various tasks. The intern will contribute to the implementation of the Solidarity Bibs project, ensuring the follow-up of registrations for the different races included in the project. They will respond to inquiries and guide participants through the various stages of the project. Additionally, the intern will participate in the development of the annual communication plan, researching content, making creative proposals, and producing messages in line with the action plan and defined objectives and targets. The role also involves designing materials using Photoshop and InDesign for the required supports within the action plan and communicating with project stakeholders and external service providers as part of the action plan. Furthermore, the intern will contribute to existing fundraising actions by managing the email scheduling, routing emails from the department, analyzing email performance, and providing regular reporting based on established indicators and dashboards in collaboration with external service providers. They will also liaise with the Donor Relations Service and external providers to resolve technical or management issues encountered by online donors. Lastly, the intern will contribute to the development of fundraising by regularly monitoring innovations and the market, as well as participating in the implementation of tests for new levers and projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment and possesses the following qualities: You are pursuing a Master 1 or Master 2 in a field related to Digital Marketing. You are attracted to this field and wish to learn while sharing your skills and knowledge. Additionally, you have a particular interest in the charitable sector, and your values align with the cause supported by our organization. You are proficient in visual creation tools such as Photoshop or InDesign. You enjoy being proactive, have a creative mindset, and are comfortable working with numbers. You can work autonomously and are completely at ease with remote work.

Educational Background:
Candidates must have a convention de stage issued by a French educational institution. This is a mandatory requirement for the internship.

Experience:
The position is suitable for candidates who are currently enrolled in a Master's program, indicating that prior professional experience may not be strictly necessary, but familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools is expected.

Languages:
Fluency in French is mandatory, as the role involves communication with French-speaking participants and stakeholders. Proficiency in English is a plus, as it may facilitate communication with international partners and resources.

The internship is for a duration of 6 months, based in Montreuil at 102 rue de Paris. The desired start date for the contract is 02/02/202
  • The internship is compensated at a rate of 4.57 euros net per hour, based on a 35-hour work week. The weekly working time is set at 38.75 hours. Additionally, meal vouchers worth 8 EUR are provided, with 60% covered by Action contre la Faim. There is also a reimbursement of 50% for public transportation costs.
