  • Coordinate information collection for audits and support the implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Develop and update standard operating procedures and guidelines for programme management.
  • Review programme data for reporting purposes and compile information for various documents.
  • Support financial management by creating projects in the Quantum system, preparing budget revisions, and monitoring programme finances.
  • Oversee logistical arrangements for meetings, workshops, and events, including travel arrangements for the Programme Team.
  • Prepare public information materials and briefing packets for high-level officials.
  • Assist in resource mobilization efforts by preparing agreements and processing donor information. 1
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing by synthesizing lessons learned and organizing training for office personnel and partners. 1
  • Perform other duties as necessary for the efficient functioning of the office and organization.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a minimum of secondary education, with a Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration being desirable.
