They will support basic troubleshooting for end-user devices, manage hardware repairs and upgrades, and log tickets in ServiceNow while maintaining clear communication with users. Additionally, the Analyst will assist in developing a customer-centric culture, ensuring positive user engagement and service delivery. They will also be responsible for tracking time and effort using appropriate tools, ensuring efficient work processes, and maintaining a secure environment by adhering to IT security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security-policies" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security policies and practices.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the Assistant Analyst position should possess a degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field. A working knowledge of end-user support, including familiarity with devices, applications, and platforms such as Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, and mobile systems, is essential.
