Job Overview:
The Lenacapavir Secretariat Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing the secretariat functions that support the Department of Health's initiative to introduce Lenacapavir as an innovative HIV prevention strategy in the Philippines. This position is essential for fostering collaboration among stakeholders, guiding technical and operational planning, and ensuring the timely execution of activities related to the rollout of long-acting injectable PrEP. The Coordinator will be responsible for developing implementation frameworks, organizing high-level meetings, monitoring progress against key milestones, and maintaining clear communication among the Department of Health, implementing partners, and other stakeholders. By aligning with national HIV prevention goals and global best practices, this role is pivotal in advancing the country's HIV response and ensuring effective integration of Lenacapavir into national strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary duties and responsibilities of the Lenacapavir Secretariat Coordinator include serving as the main liaison for the Lenacapavir Secretariat, ensuring seamless coordination among the Department of Health, EpiC-HIV, implementing partners, and other stakeholders. The Coordinator will organize and facilitate technical working groups, committee meetings, consultations, and workshops to promote the introduction of Lenacapavir. Additionally, they will support the technical team and consultants in developing and maintaining implementation frameworks, timelines, and monitoring tools for the rollout of Lenacapavir as injectable PrEP. Monitoring and reporting progress against agreed milestones is essential, as is delivering timely updates and actionable insights to the Department of Health and project leadership. The Coordinator will also assist in the development and dissemination of technical guidance, protocols, and training materials for implementing partners, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Furthermore, they will coordinate stakeholder engagement and advocacy efforts to align Lenacapavir integration with national HIV prevention strategies, document lessons learned and best practices, and contribute to operational research for continuous improvement of implementation approaches. Comprehensive administrative and logistical support for meetings, events, and communications related to the secretariat's work will also be part of the role, along with performing other duties as assigned by the Senior Technical Advisor and Project Director to ensure successful program delivery.

Required Qualifications:
The position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in public health, pharmacy, nursing, social science, or a related field. Candidates should have a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in HIV programs, health project coordination, or related areas. A strong knowledge and understanding of HIV prevention strategies, including PrEP, as well as familiarity with global and national HIV policies, is essential. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder coordination, project management, and organizing multi-sectoral meetings is also required. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Tagalog are necessary, along with the proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail and quality. Experience collaborating with government agencies, civil society organizations, and international development partners is highly valued. The candidate must also be willing to travel domestically and internationally as required, with preference given to Filipino nationals.

Educational Background:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or a Master’s degree (MS) in public health, pharmacy, nursing, social science, or a related field. This educational background is crucial for understanding the complexities of health project coordination and HIV prevention strategies, ensuring that the Coordinator is well-equipped to handle the responsibilities of the role effectively.

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in HIV programs, health project coordination, or related areas. Languages:
