Job Overview:
The Analyst position at EBRD is a critical role within the Information Technology division, focusing on the implementation, support, and maintenance of the Bank's platforms and software solutions. The Analyst will work as part of a squad, contributing to the development and maintenance of code or infrastructure as part of the lifecycle management of the Bank's systems. This role requires a proactive approach to simplifying tasks, making swift decisions, and committing fully to team objectives. The Analyst will engage in continuous learning and collaboration, ensuring that their work aligns with the team's goals and the Bank's mission. The position emphasizes a user-centric approach, ensuring that the needs of users are met through effective troubleshooting, support, and the rollout of new tools and services. Required Qualifications:
The required qualifications for the Analyst position include:
  • A degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in end-user support across various devices and applications, including Microsoft 365, Windows, and macOS.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and prevent recurring issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience managing joiner/mover/leaver processes to ensure a positive user experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a multicultural environment.
