Job Overview:
The Analyst position at EBRD is integral to the implementation, support, and maintenance of the Bank's platforms and software solutions. This role requires the Analyst to work within a squad, contributing as an individual to the development and maintenance of code or infrastructure, which is crucial for the lifecycle management of the Bank's systems. Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a degree or equivalent professional experience, with proven end-user support experience across various devices and applications. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences are required. Familiarity with IT security policies and compliance best practices is also necessary. Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, or CompTIA A+ are advantageous but not mandatory.

Educational Background:
