Job Overview: The Human Resources Officer (Medical Insurance and Wellbeing) plays a pivotal role in implementing FAO's commitment to workplace mental health and wellbeing as part of the joint UN system strategy. Duties and Responsibilities: The Human Resources Officer (Medical Insurance and Wellbeing) will be responsible for a variety of key functions, including planning and delivering HR services, consulting with designated business partners on HR requests, analyzing data and trends for strategic planning, and reviewing ongoing service delivery to recommend changes. Specific duties include monitoring and coordinating HR wellbeing initiatives, conducting research into emerging trends in staff wellbeing, updating FAO's administrative framework related to social security and wellbeing, and supporting the implementation of the FAO Human Resources Personnel Support Plan during emergencies.
