Manage the office's assets and procurement processes, including maintaining inventory, preparing procurement plans, and conducting procurement activities.
Organize administrative Human Resources services, such as creating vacancy announcements, managing attendance, and supporting personnel administration for both international and national staff.
Provide administrative support for knowledge building and sharing, including organizing training sessions and compiling best practices.
Perform other duties as necessary to ensure the efficient functioning of the office and the organization.
Required Qualifications: The position requires a minimum of secondary education, with a Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields being desirable. Candidates must have at least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in administration, procurement, HR, or logistic support services. Proficiency in using computers and office software packages, such as MS Word and Excel, is essential. Experience with modern web-based ERP systems, preferably Oracle Cloud, is also desirable.
Educational Background: Candidates must have completed secondary education, with a Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields being preferred.
