Job Overview: The Driver position at UN Women Kazakhstan Country Office is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of the office's transportation needs. Duties and Responsibilities: The Driver's duties and responsibilities include:
Providing reliable and secure driving services, which entails driving the office vehicle for the transport of authorized personnel, delivering and collecting mail and documents, and meeting official personnel at the airport.
Ensuring the proper use of the vehicle by maintaining daily logs, monitoring gas consumption, and contributing to vehicle maintenance plans.
Performing day-to-day maintenance of the assigned vehicle, including cleaning, minor repairs, and arranging for major repairs as needed.
Maintaining all required documents and supplies in the vehicle, such as insurance, vehicle logs, and first aid kits.
Providing general administrative and logistical support, which includes assisting office staff with filing, photocopying, and maintaining records, as well as supporting the organization of public events and maintaining vendor databases.
Adhering to UN Women’s policies and guidelines, particularly regarding vehicle management and safety standards.
