Job Overview:
The Human Resources Assistant will play a crucial role in the Staffing Team, acting as a strategic business partner to hiring offices throughout the staffing process. This includes responsibilities from advertising vacancies to onboarding new staff. The incumbent will support hiring managers in developing assessments and ensuring quality assurance on questions, while also maintaining the UN testing and assessment platform. Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible work experience in human resources management or a related area is required. This experience is reduced to five years for candidates with a first-level university degree or higher. Several years of recent work experience in recruitment is essential, along with solid experience in onboarding staff and managing offers. Experience with ERP systems related to recruitment and staff administration is desirable, as is experience within the United Nations system or similar international organizations. Experience in conducting outreach for diversity and in data analytics is also desirable.
