Job Overview:
The position of Capacity Gap Analysis is focused on assessing and identifying the gaps in the procurement processes within the UNDP-SUR office in Suriname. The individual contractor will be responsible for conducting a thorough analysis of the current procurement practices and identifying areas for improvement. This role requires a deep understanding of procurement processes, as well as the ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations. The contractor will work closely with the procurement unit and other stakeholders to ensure that the analysis is comprehensive and aligns with UNDP's strategic objectives. The assignment period is to be determined, and proposals must be submitted directly through the UNDP supplier portal by the specified deadline. The contractor will also be expected to communicate effectively with the procurement unit and respond to any queries related to the analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities for the Capacity Gap Analysis position include:
  • Conducting a comprehensive review of the existing procurement processes within the UNDP-SUR office.
  • Identifying gaps and inefficiencies in the current procurement practices.
  • Collaborating with the procurement unit to gather necessary data and insights.
