Job Overview:
The Partnerships and Visibility Intern position at the UN Women Nordic Liaison Office offers a unique opportunity to engage with UN communication strategies and gain insights into global challenges related to gender equality. Interns will be involved in various activities that support UN Women’s mission, including working with diverse stakeholders in the Nordic and Baltic regions. This role is designed to enhance the intern's understanding of gender equality efforts and the international community's response to these challenges. Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Partnerships and Visibility Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of communication strategies that promote UN Women’s initiatives. Your duties will include conducting research on gender equality issues, supporting the organization of events and meetings, preparing communication materials, and engaging with various stakeholders to enhance visibility for UN Women’s work. You will also assist in monitoring and evaluating communication efforts, contributing to reports and presentations, and collaborating with team members to ensure effective outreach and engagement. This role requires a proactive approach to learning and contributing to the office's objectives, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the Partnerships and Visibility Intern position should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrate an understanding of gender equality issues. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are essential. Educational Background:
