Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Especialista Pedagógico include conducting diagnostic visits to assigned educational institutions, developing tailored technical assistance plans, and ensuring regular follow-up visits to monitor progress. The specialist will be responsible for planning and managing training needs related to ICT for various educational stakeholders, promoting the use of technology in learning activities, and ensuring that educational projects address real community issues. Additionally, the specialist will assist teachers in integrating ICT into their curriculum design and pedagogical practices, develop and facilitate training workshops, and evaluate the impact of technology on teaching practices.
