Job Overview: The Digital Communication Officer (Campaigns & User Experience) will work under the supervision of the Digital Fundraising Lead to develop, test, and execute a variety of marketing" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">digital marketing campaigns aimed at achieving significant supporter growth and engagement KPIs for UNICEF in Indonesia. This role involves utilizing multiple digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, display ads, email, and social media within a test-and-optimize framework to drive key performance indicators. The officer will collaborate with team members from various levels within the organization to enhance marketing performance and improve digital campaign tools and user experience capabilities. The position is crucial for mapping out digital channel strategies, executing campaigns, and optimizing user experiences on digital platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, test, implement, and optimize a wide range of digital marketing campaigns to increase audience size, engagement, and digital donations.
Plan and execute website improvement initiatives to enhance user experience on fundraising websites.
Collaborate with team members to prioritize and measure multi-channel digital campaigns aimed at raising public awareness and encouraging donations.
Map and develop digital channel strategies across supporter journeys, defining KPIs for digital fundraising, audience reach, and engagement metrics.
Structure and execute digital marketing campaigns, implementing a test-and-optimize approach to maximize performance.
Optimize supporter experience on websites and social media through user testing and collaboration with the Digital Communications team.
Work with service providers and developers to deliver new functionalities that enhance user engagement, including innovative tools and experiences.
Continuously gather user feedback to improve digital experiences.
Required Qualifications: - A university degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field. - At least one year of professional experience in digital marketing. - Additional experience in digital communication, social media, website design, or digital advertising is advantageous. - Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required. - Desirable qualifications include relevant experience in development contexts, digital agency experience, and familiarity with digital marketing metrics and A/B testing.
Educational Background: Candidates must possess a university degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field, which provides the foundational knowledge necessary for the role. This educational background is essential for understanding the principles of digital marketing and communication strategies.
Experience: The position requires a minimum of one year of professional experience in digital marketing. Additional years of experience in related fields such as digital communication, social media management, website design, or digital advertising are considered assets. Experience in A/B testing, digital user experience, and email marketing is strongly desired, as well as familiarity with digital ad technologies.
Languages: Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory for this position. Proficiency in additional languages may be considered an asset, enhancing communication with diverse audiences.
