Duties and Responsibilities: The Digital Fundraising Lead will have a comprehensive set of responsibilities, including:
Providing technical and strategic inputs into the audience-focused marketing approach.
Planning and executing digital fundraising plans and campaigns.
Collaborating closely with communication strategies and audience-focused fundraising approaches within the Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP) team.
Developing and implementing a digital supporter engagement strategy to enhance online fundraising performance.
Working with the Supporter Marketing team to apply audience-focused segmentation to digital channels and strategies.
Leading a high-performing team to optimize strategies across various digital platforms, segments, products, content, and campaigns.
Maintaining collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders regarding digital communications and fundraising.
Ensuring the digital team incorporates innovative approaches to digital communications and fundraising through ongoing testing and learning.
Managing the digital fundraising journey across platforms and advising on donor relationship management. 1
Overseeing digital platforms' road-mapping and utilization, including CRM integrations and marketing technology. 1
Conducting regular monitoring and analysis of digital fundraising KPIs to generate data-based insights. 1

Required Qualifications: To qualify for the Digital Fundraising Lead position, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
A University Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing & Communications, Data Analytics/Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
A minimum of two years of professional experience in digital marketing or fundraising.
Proficiency in digital/data analytics tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Adwords, and Facebook Ad Manager. Additionally, desirable qualifications include relevant experience at the country level, particularly in development and humanitarian contexts, as well as strong analytical skills and familiarity with nonprofit communications or fundraising.
Educational Background: Candidates must possess a University Degree in a relevant field such as Digital Marketing, Marketing & Communications, Data Analytics/Statistics, Mathematics, or any other related discipline. This educational background is essential to ensure that the candidate has the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills to excel in the role of Digital Fundraising Lead.
Experience: The position requires at least two years of professional experience in digital marketing or fundraising. Candidates should have a proven track record of working in digital environments and possess strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive fundraising strategies effectively. Languages: Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory for this position.
