Duties and Responsibilities: The Finance Officer-Partnership has a comprehensive set of responsibilities that include providing technical support and capacity building to partner staff, ensuring compliance with financial management guidelines, and conducting regular audits of partner financial reports. The officer will support the development and implementation of financial management tools and templates, validate financial reports from partners, and facilitate the tracking of financial installments. Additionally, the officer will work closely with various stakeholders, including Budget Holders and Area Managers, to ensure that financial management procedures are followed. The role also involves preparing and analyzing financial reports, assisting in budget management, ensuring timely processing of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) and hold certifications such as LCCI Level I, II, III. Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory. The position requires a minimum of 2 years of international practical experience in financial management and budgeting, with proven experience in managing cash programming and working with national/international partners. Candidates should demonstrate competence in providing technical guidance and training, as well as experience working with relevant donors such as DANIDA, SIDA, UNHCR, and others. Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
