The Digital Fundraising area is crucial for donor acquisition, digital revenue generation, and emergency fundraising. This role involves providing essential operational and technical support for the effective execution of digital advertising activities, ensuring alignment with UNICEF standards and fundraising objectives. The incumbent will work under the supervision of the Digital Fundraising Officer and the Local Paid Media Specialist, supporting the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of paid media campaigns aimed at donor acquisition, conversion, and retention. The role requires operational, administrative, and analytical support to manage digital campaigns efficiently, maintain data quality, coordinate with service providers, and ensure timely reporting while adhering to UNICEF processes and guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Fund Raising Associate (Paid Media) include supporting the implementation of paid media campaigns, monitoring campaign delivery and performance, assisting with data tracking and measurement processes, coordinating with agencies, vendors, and internal teams, providing emergency response support, and offering administrative and operational support. The role requires a proactive approach to ensure that all digital advertising activities are executed effectively and in accordance with UNICEF's standards and objectives.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">digital marketing, advertising operations, or data/reporting functions within a marketing context. Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other paid media platforms is essential. Candidates holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree may substitute three years and two years of experience, respectively. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate proficiency in data extraction, spreadsheets, and basic performance analysis, as well as experience working with agencies or service providers.
Educational Background: The educational background required for this position includes the completion of secondary education, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses in marketing, communications, digital advertising, data analysis, or related fields. This educational foundation is crucial for understanding the complexities of digital fundraising and marketing strategies.
Experience: The level of experience needed for this position is significant, with a minimum of 6 years required in relevant fields such as digital marketing and advertising operations. Candidates should have a proven track record of managing digital campaigns and working with various paid media platforms, demonstrating their ability to drive results and optimize performance.
Languages: Fluency in Spanish is mandatory, while proficiency in English is required, with complete fluency preferred. This language requirement is essential for effective communication within the organization and with external partners.
