MDF collaborates with Online Volunteers through the UNV's Unified Volunteer Platform to conduct scientific research on environmental issues, including forest cover loss and coastal habitat degradation. Job Overview:
The role of Online Volunteers at MDF involves supporting the organization in preparing documents and reports related to biodiversity and conservation projects. Volunteers will engage in reviewing, editing, and structuring proposals to ensure they meet the necessary standards before submission to donor agencies.   • Providing technical advice and recommendations to enhance the proposal before it is submitted to donor agencies.
  • Conducting research to identify relevant keywords and arranging references in APA format using Mendeley software.
  • Two volunteers will focus on utilizing existing materials and documents to complete reports, ensuring that all necessary information is included.
  • Two volunteers will be tasked with editing reports, which includes double-checking information, making editorial changes, correcting grammar, and ensuring proper formatting. Volunteers should indicate their preference for either task 1 or task 2 in their application.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail. Experience in proposal writing, particularly in the context of environmental or conservation projects, is highly desirable. Volunteers should be proficient in using editing tools and software, such as Mendeley for reference management. A background in environmental science, biodiversity conservation, or related fields will be advantageous.
