The position of Especialista en hidrógeno verde para Uruguay is focused on the procurement process for green hydrogen initiatives in Uruguay. The specialist will be responsible for providing expertise in the field of green hydrogen, which is a crucial component in the transition to sustainable energy sources. The expectations from this position include conducting market research, developing procurement strategies, and ensuring compliance with UNDP procurement policies. Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities for the Especialista en hidrógeno verde include but are not limited to:
  • Conducting comprehensive market analysis to identify potential suppliers and partners in the green hydrogen sector.
  • Developing procurement plans and strategies that align with UNDP's objectives and the specific needs of the green hydrogen projects.
  • Ensuring that all procurement activities comply with UNDP policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:
The required qualifications for the position include:
