Job Overview: The position of Coordinateur(trice) des Ressources Humaines et de l’Administration is crucial within the NRC's Human Resources department. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Coordinateur(trice) des Ressources Humaines et de l’Administration include: supervising the Assistant Admin/HR and Clerk, ensuring performance and development plans are in place; liaising with public services such as labor inspection and social security; overseeing administrative follow-ups related to leave and sick leave; managing the archiving of personnel files in both paper and electronic formats; coordinating the implementation of HR initiatives; participating in relevant administrative meetings; compiling HR contracts with third parties; supporting the HR Manager in reviewing strategic HR documents; ensuring compliance with legal requirements; managing payroll processes; compiling and sharing monthly and quarterly HR reports; overseeing recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and documentation; administering written tests and participating in interview panels; and maintaining an updated recruitment tracker.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a university degree in Administration, Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, or related fields, with a minimum of five years of study. Additionally, a minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar role within humanitarian contexts is required. Proven results in fulfilling the responsibilities of the position are essential, along with a strong understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.
