Job Overview:
The position of Coordinateur éducation entails overseeing the implementation of a portfolio of education projects. Duties and Responsibilities:
The specific duties and responsibilities of the Coordinateur éducation include coordinating and implementing education projects according to the strategy, project proposals, and operational plans. This involves developing annual activity and work plans in accordance with project documents, which are broken down by quarter and reviewed monthly with field teams. The coordinator is responsible for promoting and sharing ideas that could contribute to improving actions and suggesting necessary modifications to activities. Additionally, the role includes designing training modules for local leaders and contributing to the enhancement of existing training programs. Organizing training sessions for education teams, relevant partners, and beneficiaries (including community committees and local authorities) is also a key responsibility. The coordinator must produce monthly activity and project reports, as well as other reports as needed. Promoting synergy with other core competencies of NRC to develop integrated approaches for a holistic response to the needs of beneficiary populations is essential. Required Qualifications:
