It is the leading inter-governmental organization that promotes humane and orderly migration for the benefit of all. IOM has been operational in Indonesia for over 40 years and is one of the largest IOM missions globally. The organization works on a wide range of activities in partnership with the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, civil society, private sector actors, migrants, and communities. IOM Indonesia engages in several thematic areas, including Counter-Trafficking, Labour Mobility and Social Inclusion, Disasters, Climate and Resilience, Immigration and Border Governance, Refugee Care, Migration Health, Migration Policy and Data Hub, and Resettlement and Voluntary Returns. The Disaster, Climate, Resilience (DCR) programme includes preparedness and prevention as well as emergency response, working alongside and contributing to strengthening the capacity of government partners and local and international counterparts, particularly in supporting the National Cluster on Displacement and Protection.
Job Overview: The Programme Associate (Reporting and Accountability) position is crucial for supporting the information management, monitoring, evaluation, and learning processes within the DCR operations. The role involves working closely with the Programme Coordinator and the DCR field team to ensure effective project monitoring and reporting. The associate will be responsible for preparing internal and external information products that enhance project visibility and disseminate information on progress and success. This position also requires analyzing project performance to support learning processes and providing administrative and technical contributions to project development initiatives. The associate will maintain and improve internal reporting and information management systems, support evidence generation and knowledge management, and strengthen government relations and partnerships. Additionally, the role includes supporting accountability to affected populations by maintaining and evaluating the performance of the complaint and feedback mechanism.
Prepare internal and external information products for reporting and donor liaison to enhance project visibility.
Analyze project performance to support learning processes around methodological, operational, and training aspects.
Contribute to project development initiatives by incorporating information and learnings from field operations collected through monitoring and evaluation activities.
Maintain and improve internal reporting and information management systems to comply with internal and donor requirements.
Support evidence generation and knowledge management for DCR areas of competency.
Maintain and strengthen government relations and partnerships with relevant institutions.
Support accountability to affected populations by evaluating the performance of the complaint and feedback mechanism.
Provide administrative and logistical support as needed. 1

Required Qualifications:
University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited academic institution with at least two years of relevant professional experience; or a completed high school degree with at least four years of relevant work experience.
Experience in humanitarian or development programmes, preferably targeting populations on the move.
Experience with information products and reporting.
Experience in research or monitoring and evaluation.
Educational Background: Candidates must possess a university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited academic institution. Alternatively, a completed high school degree is acceptable if accompanied by at least four years of relevant work experience. Accredited universities are those listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database.
Experience: The position requires at least two years of relevant professional experience for candidates with a university degree, or four years for those with a high school diploma. Experience in humanitarian or development programmes is preferred, particularly those targeting populations on the move. Familiarity with information products and reporting, as well as experience in research or monitoring and evaluation, is also necessary.
Languages: Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required, both oral and written. IOM’s official languages include English, French, and Spanish, but for this position, proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory.
