Job Overview:
The position involves engaging an agency for the design and development of a comprehensive portal on Inclusive Agriculture Transformation (IAT) as part of the FASTR Project in collaboration with the Government of Odisha. The portal aims to be a dynamic, AI-enabled, open-source digital platform that integrates advanced visualizations and automated analytics capabilities to monitor and analyze key IAT indicators. This role requires the agency to create a user-friendly interface that allows for seamless data integration from various sources, facilitating the assessment of individual indicators and their interrelationships. The portal will serve as a critical component of the existing Decision Support System (DSS) and will require compliance with best practices in data management, user experience, and cybersecurity. The consultant will also be responsible for training IFPRI and DAFE staff, supporting integration with existing government platforms, and providing ongoing maintenance and technical assistance until the end of the assignment in October 2026.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The consultant will be responsible for improving the existing portal by incorporating multiple functionalities, including dynamic graphic features and AI capabilities. The portal must be user-friendly and compatible with existing platforms such as Krushak Odisha and ADAPT Portal. Key responsibilities include facilitating API integration with these government portals, sharing website development codes with the IFPRI team, and providing ongoing support for the portal's maintenance until July 202
