Job Overview:
The position of Référent·e RH techniques et outils involves providing methodological and technical support to country offices on specific HR expertise and the use of HR software. This role is crucial for advising and assisting in the development of HR reference frameworks, tools, and best practices, ensuring their correct and harmonized implementation in the field. The individual in this position will play a key role in enhancing the skills of HR Coordinators, aiming to improve the quality of HR practices in country offices and optimize their autonomy. The Référent·e will be responsible for a specific area of expertise, identified as a resource person, with themes and responsibilities detailed in an individual roadmap. The role includes supporting, advising, and assisting HR Coordinators, participating in discussions around field HR issues, and contributing to finding suitable solutions. Additionally, the Référent·e will manage and maintain HR tools and information systems, contribute to improving existing processes and tools, and participate in the selection and development of new tools while providing training and technical support to new users.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide methodological and technical support to country offices on specific HR expertise and HR software usage.
  • Contribute to the development of HR reference frameworks, tools, and best practices.
  • Ensure the correct and harmonized implementation of HR practices in the field.
  • Enhance the skills of HR Coordinators to improve the quality of HR practices in country offices.
  • Act as a resource person for a specific area of expertise, with responsibilities outlined in an individual roadmap.
  • Support, advise, and assist HR Coordinators in addressing field HR issues.
  • Manage and maintain HR tools and information systems.
  • Contribute to the improvement of existing HR processes and tools.

  • Provide training and technical support to new users of HR tools.

Required Qualifications:
  • Field experience in HR within the humanitarian sector at senior positions.
  • Practical experience in talent management and HR tools is highly appreciated.
  • Strong understanding of HR issues related to humanitarian missions.
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly with Office 36
  • Familiarity with the Homère software.
  • Interest in new technologies.
  • Excellent writing skills and good oral communication.

Educational Background:
A bachelor's or master's degree in human resource management, business school, labor law, or occupational psychology is required for this position.

Experience:
The position requires significant field experience in human resources, particularly in senior roles within the humanitarian sector. Practical experience in talent management and the use of HR tools is highly valued, indicating a need for a well-rounded professional background in HR practices.

Languages:
Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, is mandatory. Knowledge of an additional language is considered an asset, enhancing the candidate's profile for this role.

Additional Notes:
The position is based at the headquarters of Solidarités International in Clichy la Garenne, with occasional field travel required. The contract is a permanent contract (CDI) with a managerial status. The gross monthly salary ranges from €3,183 to €3,316, depending on the current salary scale at headquarters. There is a possibility of remote work, allowing for 4 to 12 days per month or 100% remote work in metropolitan France, in accordance with the existing telework charter and manager approval (3 consecutive days of in-person work per month are mandatory). Employees are entitled to 2.0833 vacation days per month and 1 RTT day for each complete month of work.
