Job Overview: The position of Référent·e RH techniques et outils involves providing methodological and technical support to Country Offices on specific HR expertise and the use of HR software, in a consultative and supportive manner. The role is crucial in developing HR reference frameworks, tools, and best practices, ensuring their correct and harmonized implementation in the field. The incumbent plays a key role in enhancing the skills of HR Coordinators, aiming to improve the quality of HR practices in Country Offices and optimize their autonomy. The Référent·e is responsible for a specific area of expertise, identified as a resource person, with associated themes and responsibilities detailed in an individual roadmap. The role includes supporting, advising, and assisting HR coordinators, participating in discussions and reflections on field HR issues to contribute to finding suitable solutions. Additionally, the position involves managing and maintaining HR tools and information systems, contributing to the improvement of existing processes and tools, and participating in the selection and development of new tools while providing training and technical support to new users.
Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Référent·e RH techniques et outils include:
Providing methodological and technical support to Country Offices on HR expertise and software usage.
Contributing to the development of HR reference frameworks, tools, and best practices.
Ensuring the correct and harmonized implementation of HR practices in the field.
Enhancing the skills of HR Coordinators to improve HR practices and optimize autonomy.
Acting as a resource person for a specific area of expertise, with responsibilities outlined in an individual roadmap.
Supporting and advising HR Coordinators, participating in discussions on HR issues, and contributing to solution-finding.
Managing and maintaining HR tools and information systems.
Contributing to the improvement of existing HR processes and tools.

Required Qualifications: The required qualifications for the position include:
Field experience in HR within the humanitarian sector at senior positions.
Practical experience in talent management and HR tools is highly appreciated.
Initial training (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in Human Resource Management, Business School, Labor Law, or Work Psychology.
Mastery of HR issues related to humanitarian missions.

Additional Notes: The position is based at the headquarters of Solidarités International in Clichy la Garenne, with occasional travel to the field. It is a permanent contract (CDI) with a managerial status. The gross monthly salary ranges from €3,183 to €3,316, depending on the current salary scale at the headquarters. There is a possibility of remote work for 4 to 12 days per month or 100% in metropolitan France, in accordance with the existing telework charter and agreement with the manager (3 consecutive days of in-person work are mandatory each month). Employees are entitled to 2.0833 vacation days per month and 1 RTT day for each complete month of work.
