You will act as a subject matter expert on investment tools and systems, providing training and coaching to program teams and external partners. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with internal and external processes throughout the investment lifecycle, support compliance reporting as required by the Foreign NGO Law, and monitor the financial performance of initiatives. You will also coordinate the end-to-end contract and grant processes, engage with external grantees and partners, and provide ad hoc support to the team for various programmatic and operational needs.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a broad knowledge of the investment lifecycle, investment rules, mechanisms, and regulations. Familiarity with portfolio management and financial planning is essential, along with the ability to recognize complexities and raise risks appropriately. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to develop and maintain partnerships are also required. Experience in project management, financial management, or the nonprofit sector is highly desirable.
