Job Overview: The Senior Operations Assistant position is situated within the Regional Cooperation and Integration Unit of the South Asia Department at ADB. Duties and Responsibilities: The Senior Operations Assistant will undertake a variety of duties, including but not limited to: monitoring technical assistance projects under processing, with a focus on milestone events and deliverables; preparing, reviewing, and finalizing correspondence, reports, and documentation in line with ADB standards; supporting missions and team events by coordinating logistics and ensuring smooth execution; collecting, compiling, and analyzing data to aid in reports and presentations; managing supervisors' schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements; coordinating effectively with team members to manage workloads; relieving other Senior Operations Assistants as directed; and performing additional duties as assigned in the workplan. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Required Qualifications: Candidates for the Senior Operations Assistant position must possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience. This experience should include operations within multilateral development banks or similar organizations. Candidates should also have experience in preparing reports, presentations, or manuals for management or board review.
