Duties and Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities of the Graphic and Multimedia Designer include designing and developing master graphic pieces and multichannel adaptations for fundraising campaigns, corporate partnerships, and advocacy actions based on content and strategy provided by UNICEF's Marketing Services. The designer will create interactive digital and audiovisual content that drives engagement among partners and prospects, collaborating on marketing proposals by executing innovative creative solutions while applying strategic design, visual communication, and digital usability principles. Ensuring the correct implementation of the UNICEF brand across all produced materials is crucial, maintaining technical consistency, graphic quality, and institutional coherence. The designer will also contribute to the development of high-impact visual prototypes, mock-ups, and materials for both physical environments (such as activations, exhibitions, and POP materials) and digital platforms (social media, mailing, microsites, display campaigns, and their official adaptations). Participation in ideation processes, strategic design, and visual storytelling is essential, transforming complex concepts into accessible, emotional, and rational messages.
